Transport in Minorca

Before mentioning means of transport on the island, it should be noted that there exist two ways to arrive: by aeroplane or by ship. There are several national and international airlines, which fly regularly to and from Menorca. Coming by ship is economic and takes rather longer, but also offers a wide variety of ways and means in arriving. Once in Menorca, it is relatively easy to localise the different modes of transport available and start to be able to explore the islands enchanting landscape. Our options are many – car, scooter or bicycle hire centres are numerous, and we can even rent a boat or sailing ship, making it easy to take a trip around the island by sea, an unforgettable experience. Along with taxis, also at our disposal is to travel by bus, with daily connections running between the main urban areas.
